Our innovative waste air duct lines are designed to cover all odour-emitting points in the process, including the inlet and outlet of the cooker and dryer. By sealing off spaces within the building, we effectively prevent unpleasant odours from escaping through small gaps, ensuring a cleaner and healthier environment.

Here's how our eco-friendly odor-removal system works:

Water Curtain Dissolution: In the first stage, our environmentally conscious water curtain, installed in the bottom tank, dissolves substances that cause bad odours. This process uses water efficiently to neutralize odours without harmful chemicals.
Active Carbon Filtration: The air, now free from dissolved substances, passes through an active carbon bed. This natural filtration system absorbs any remaining odours, significantly improving air quality.
Boiler Burner Purification: Finally, the purified air is directed to the boiler burner, where any residual odour compounds are completely incinerated. This process ensures that only clean, odour-free air is released, contributing to a healthier atmosphere.
